We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. We are happy to accept a return only if the product has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged. In such case, you can contact us and we will replace the product.
Initiating a return request:
Write to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and the reason for return. If it is later than this, write to us and let's work together to see what we can do.
We will approve the return request if it is a returnable product.
To be eligible for a return, we must receive the product in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
We do not offer any refund for the product & services being offered on our platform for now.
